Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in City of Hornell

Our local Tractor Supply is fine and helpful thus the extra star. The problem I’ve had is with tractorsupply.com. I was having trouble finding wet cat food and tractor supply seemed to be the only ones with inventory, so I ordered 4 cases. 3 cases came in a shipping box and were fine, but one case came in no box and was retaped with missing cans of catfood. I tried to email customer service, but received no reply and when they hit me up for a review on their website I explained the experience. It took 5 tries before TS would accept the review and then only after I wrote a review against the item and not tractorsupply.com. They never even offered to...

The staff seems clueless and unwilling to help. I bought over 30 cases of water for my company and ended up dumping half of them on my way out the door. Another customer helped me pick them up and I am still grateful, but the entire time the staff was walking in and out of the entrance and completely avoiding me. Have a question about something? To bad! No one seems to know the answer or care. I bought a package that was delivered to the store and was given someone else's even though my name was clearly not on the packaging...

Stocks alot more horse feed than other livestock feeds, I have rabbits usually out of stock, unfortunately like alot other things pricey rabbit food, or of you ask even the workers can't tell u when the truck will be there or what came in on it.
