Sakura Sushi Buffet — Restaurant in City of Hornell

For the sake of being absolutely terrible, I'll give it a generous 2 stars. My food was delivered an hour late, it was cold, the fried food was soggy, there was just plain shrimp mixed in with my sweet and sour chicken, I ordered 2 combos, both barely had any of the main dish and double the amount of the side dish and for my only positive remarks, the egg roll was yummy and not soggy and the delivery guy was really nice and even said hi to my toddlers. Speaking of toddlers, my daughter took a piece of the soggy sweet and sour chicken, bit it, gagged, spit it out and proceeded to stomp it in the floor while rubbing her tongue on the sleeve of her footie pajama. This place used to be my favorite place to order from, but under this new management, I will not be getting food from...

I love this place, and they make DELICIOUS food. The general tsos has that perfect crispy crunch to the chicken and the hunan beefs, beef is cooked not to tough and not too like rubbery or not under cooked but just cooked to temp... I love it cooked a little longer and not tough and they do it so good. The sushi is PHENOMENAL, and I really enjoy having some place to get it here besides Wegmans now.. Ever since the new owners took over the food is way better, the restaurant is very clean, and they did some remodeling and it looks fantastic.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The "fresh" food was hardly room temperature! Hardly a selection at all! Every thing tasted the same very greasy and way to sweet! Hard as a rock and didn't seem like there was any chicken just over fried breading... None of the cold selection was cold it was also around room temperature. Service was horrible when we got there the lady who seated us was eating and wrapping silverware at the same time. $47 for two people at 5:40 p.m.... Never got offered a refill or asked how the food was... Every bite of food was greasy and had hardly any flavor! We will NOT be...
