Too packed as a small locally owned business who's positive reviews must be clearly based off family an friends instead of accountability, debate or respect. RBI next door will have better service, food, and price. RBI and most businesses dealing with quality and customer service will not try to make excuses or dodge accountability . Business is sustainable clearly through the alcohol only as a bar. Not food quality / service. Employees as well as owner (Adam eason) will not listen to logic when it comes to they're own mistakes. when it comes to food being made incorrectly or over charging. Including accusations. I recommend Work harder, not a customer fault for workers. Biggies One of the 4 places to serve drinks and food is clearly self sustainable on the bar alone. The name seems to stem from ego an not current representation. If your looking for service don't count on it as they're either off the clock or intoxicated. Food is low quality and if mistake is made it's your fault even if cameras and audio footage was gathered, Would love to have such be submitted publicly. As anyone not from this retirement community called Hornell would know .A business o like . Staff seems to have narcissist personality when confronted with factual information. Would never recommend . . You want tex mex ? go to taco bell or google unauthenticated generic recipes. Keep receipts an document your time and experience. If drinking good luck. Unfortunately being one of the 4 bars that serve food you get what you get. With a name like "Biggies" it seems to be more of a ego than a legitimate business practice. You want bar food, service and quality? you're best bet seems to be next door to RBI pub an grill. Maybe a taco bell drive through service. Not being from the area?. don't allow them to hold on to a debit/ credit card. Would love Audio an footage submitted by owner provided publicly too confirm. Yet maybe there's no time for such. Very disrespecful, "who ya know type young place" unwilling to resolve facts about mistakes they made regarding orders and a mysterious tab your friend could be stuck with an too busy to resolve chilling. You can ensure you'll be disappointed unless you want a drink widely available elsewhere. Food seems to be not considered as a source of income here. presumably due to intoxicated customer base. In a small town you'd think they'd consider folks who actually work hard for they're money would want better quality and services. Based as such and take pride. Biggies seems to take advantage or maybe under the influence, intoxicated staff on or off the clock addressing the issues non reasonable an they don't really want a problem. Would love to see this done in a higher populated area instead of "it is what it is attitude". Keep receipts, document video ya never know. Bc your 2nd time in! May as well be your last. If your a hard working American who values they're income just go elsewhere. Maybe next door or eat before heading out. You'll get inside for a terrible atmosphere filled with neglect and nonchalant attitude of "we'll eventually get to you, or not type service . You can get better atmosphere outside the bar being next door. A much better ran business...

So I get it's a bar & grill but went in sober. Ordered a "biggies burrito" and the menu says it includes beef and chicken an queso. Well while eating to go I noticed there was no chicken or beef or cheese or queso. So they remake it an I guess the guy named Joe in the back made it an fixed it. So obviously I check it out before leaving an mention there's no cheese shredded or queso. An bartender responds the queso was absorbed but she can't deal with the guy making food about the shredded cheese. I should have taken a picture but after getting it remade an on a schedule I decided "least it actually has chicken an beef in it this time" and went to work. It was only 6pm not busy an never had a problem before. Would have recommended for late night chicken wings but apparently not they're food on a Wednesday evening sober. Was very mid an sloppy an not worth almost $16 after tax maybe tonight was a bad cook but the attitude and fact the bartender had to bring a menu out back to show the guy he messed up on top she was not willing to deal with the cook a 3rd time is just kinda ridiculous. If I wasn't in a rush I would have not left until it was resolved and taken photos but come on. It's a expensive "burrito" not complicated or worth...

We love Biggies, we have loved them since the start of the food truck. But tonight was just not a pleasant experience. We placed an online order and went to pick it up, there is no designated pick up area and the bar was pretty packed so I waited by the entrance. The bar tender completely ignored me and kept serving others, a man walked past me, sat at the bar and she waited on him. A couple cut in front of me to order drinks and she went right to them. I finally got to the bar and waited. The bar tender again waited on other customers completely ignoring me. I understand our food wasn't ready just yet but some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. I definitely think an order pick up spot needs to be created to avoid situations like this, definitely pn busy nights or around dinner...
