The chef carefully adhered to all of my personal dietary restrictions as well as the requirements of the fast. Chef Andrew provided services for my graduation party, including a personalized menu that featured restaurant-quality appetizers and entrees. We supplemented with Wegmans catering -- due to the size of the party -- but his dishes flew off the platters, leaving us with nothing but Wegmans leftovers at the party's conclusion.
