Went in to buy a quick snack while travelling home. The price sticker for the small portions of cashews said $0.69 for one, and the price on the box said the same or buy two for $1.09. The price at the register came up at $1.99 each and the cashier said he couldn't fix the price. I find this extremely annoying as I wasted my time and it's a very clear cut case that the company is hoping people won't notice the price hike because the shelf labels did not look aged. In the morning, the staff is overwhelmingly pushy about sales specials, interspersed with loud, banal, vacuous small talk. In the evening, they are incompetent and rude, leaving the store understocked and filthy (especially the bathrooms and outside trash bins). The gas is typically 5-10 cents more expensive than nearby stations, unless you buy items that count toward member discounts, and the lot and pumps are only accessible from one side of the road.
