THE BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA.

Forty Weight is the only cafe I've seen that pulls shots to the exact gram - with the freshest beans. Their baristas are well experienced in flavor, pouring and quality service. I remember the first time I had their coffee in November which was the best cappuccino I've ever had (this is after living in Italy), and to this day I have not been disappointed. Not forgetting to mention Gola Osteria and State Bakery, the blueberry scones are SOOOOO good, not too sweet, and baked fresh daily! The Baristas here have been friendly and informative on tasting notes as well as the growing and roasting processes of the beans, when I need more help choosing a bag. There is nothing bad I can say about this business.

Not only are the espresso and brewed coffee delicious, and the beans roasted with care and integrity, but the guys who run this place are so kind and wonderful.

I had been given a gift certificate over email, which I used half of and then lost. But when I reached out They were accommodating and understanding, and were able to look up the lost gift card in their system, and they honored it anyway! So many places would instead be like, “your loss too bad.”

Their Ethiopia roast is a favorite, and they even have decaf beans that taste as good as regular (Swiss water process).

Ended up buying 2 bags of coffee here! They distribute to Brooklyn all the time which makes sense because their coffee is so freaking good. Coming from Nyack Ny and the city area, I would recommend this for anyone who wants a quality cup of .. anything. I am an oat milk latte girl, and I can say this was a 10/10.
