Kohl's — Local services in City of Ithaca

A very clean, modernized Kohls with Retail partner displays throughout. My most recent 2021 visit was to utilize the Kohl's Amazon return partnership. The return process could not be easier with Kohls/Amazon. One simply gets the UPC scan return code email, bring return item (unboxed) to back of Kohls store, CS scans your return UPC scan (on your smartphone with email client opened to Amazon return email), takes in return and gives you a return receipt. The retail displays in this store could not be more clear. One things Kohls might do to survive pandemic is to advertise this easy Amazon return process and provide Amazon return customers a deep discount at the store with a limited time to use the coupon to encourage purchases on these Amazon...

I walked into this Kohls location and realized just how small it is compared to Vestal & Horseheads location. The selection of items available from clothing to home decor is scarce. (See Pictures)

There is so much room between racks and displays, it appears to be a mini dancefloor. In the men's section, there were up to three pairs of pants on a rack with limited sizes available. The shoe selection was disappointing as was the men's UnderArmor selection. I believe I own more UnderArmor then this entire store had for sale in Men's . (See Pictures)

As a Kohl's Charge Card holder, I frequent Vestal and Horseheads more often as I live close to Vestal. I will continue to shop at those locations that have a better...

I love shopping at Kohl's. This store has always been good to me, despite its smaller size. The clearance rack is to die for and I can ALWAYS find something in there (and sometimes up to 90% off!). It does take some time to pick through, but if you're patient you'll be able to find your next wardrobe staple. Sure, they're often out of season items, buy that's what layering is for! And sometimes there are jeans and other basics which are just in the "out of this fashion season" at incredible deals.

The staff has always been pleasant to me. I like to do a lot of gift shopping there because the coupon deals are great. I have never paid full price for anything there. 5/5 recommend this Kohl's...
