This company is a joke..Bob's Furniture Goof Proof hired them to come clean my sectional so I didn't even hire them to begin with but damn there horrible!. First off when they call you their number comes up as spam.. my phone automatically ignores spam calls. I missed their call by 10 minutes and 28 seconds andddd they left. But that's not even what bothers me what blows my mind is that the driver didn't even take the time to look for my apartment didn't try to knock on my door didn't do anything. I have been buying my (previously owned) office furniture from Tri County since I went out on my own in 1988. Their merchandise looks new even when it's not. Its all in mint condition and the price is right. Recently [during a world-wide viral pandemic], I moved my office and I called Tri County to move their (my) office furniture, figuring they would know how to take care of it. They dispatched Ruby, Godfrey and Ty, three masked super heroes who, with blinding speed but the utmost care, transported incredibly heavy filing cabinets and boxes of files from Point A to Point B and left me smiling.
