As a consumer, I always look for a company that I can trust, have excellent customer service, and quality products that are reasonably priced. I've had many business transactions over many years with different companies and I can honestly say that finding these qualities in a company is very challenging. I consider Ball Chain Mfg. Co. a very rare company because it excels in all those areas of trust, excellent customer service and quality products that are reasonably priced that I mentioned.

At a time our country and the world are experiencing the most tragic and devastating pandemic of Covid19, I believe that consumers should be very discriminating in their choices, as well as the sources, of facial mask respirators to protect themselves and their loved ones effectively from this pandemic that has resulted in millions of lives lost around the world. There are counterfeits, fake KN95 masks being sold and consumers should be very careful about the sources of masks they are buying.

I chose to buy my KN95 Mask respirators from Bonafide Masks which is a part of Ball Chain Mfg. Co., because it is one of the CDC approved distributors for the KN95 masks and a company that I can TRUST. TRUST has always been a very big word for me which I learned to really appreciate after serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army for most of my young life. Wearing the right kind of mask respirator could mean life and death nowadays. Bonafide Masks POWECOM KN95 are CDC approved and their N95 mask respirators are NIOSH approved. I know this because I went to the CDC website as well as read reports from Newsweek, and other media sources.

My latest order from this company is well on its way within 24 hours! It was the same for the past orders i made. Each time I've ordered from Bonafide Mask, the order and delivery process have always been very fast! It's really very impressive! Their customer service is second to none. Questions and concerns about products, shipping or anything else I have are very promptly taken care of.

Ball Chain Mfg. Co. is truly an Awesome and Amazing company and I've ordered products from them too! It's been in business since 1938 and had its very humble beginnings in the garage of the home of its founder in the Bronx. Ball Chain Mfg. Co has been the manufacturer for supplying the Dog Tags for the U.S. Armed Forces. That to me reflects credibility and success that is hard to match! I believe it's the truly outstanding way they treat their customers and the quality of their products that have made this company very successful. I've been ordering in small amounts and yet I've received nothing but consistent VIP treatments! It is apparent their tradition of outstanding customer service along with quality products continue to this day.

I have a lot of respect and admiration for Ball Chain Mfg. Co and its branch, Bonafide Masks, in particular for Mr. Bill Taubner, President of Ball Chain Mfg. Co. and 4th generation member of the family of this Amazing and Awesome company. In my first order about two years ago, Mr. Bill Taubner himself helped me when one of their shippers made a shipping error. It was a very small order and yet Mr. Bill Taubner, himself took the time to help me.

After buying what proved to be fake Powecom masks from Amazon, we were tremendously relieved to receive verifiably legitimate Powecom products from Bona Fide Masks. We immediately ordered more for our adult kids, who'd been having similar problems finding masks they could trust. Our first order was delivered exactly when they said it would be, and the second even came a day early, but UPS seemed to have mishandled the third order. When we contacted the company to inquire about the status of the third order, three people, including the CEO, responded in minutes. Even though it was already late afternoon, they somehow managed to get out a replacement order for overnight delivery by 10:30 the next morning. And all this when the problem wasn't even their fault -- UPS ultimately delivered the original package four days late, but still shows it as pending on their website. I don't see how anyone can beat Bona Fide Masks' combination of quality products; caring, responsive people; and complete integrity (we're still waiting for a refund from Amazon for the counterfeit masks they sold us). I don't usually write company reviews, and I even more rarely find myself truly grateful to an online seller, but these folks really are...

I’ve purchased Powecom kn95’s (adult and children) from Bona Fide masks 4 times throughout the pandemic, and each time received great products. Fast shipping, frequent promotions, and the 1 time I received an order with a couple masks with damaged loops they sent an entire replacement pack. The powecom kn95’s perform better than some other less reputable brands and are at a great price point (see Aaron Collins mask analysis online for comparisons). While kn95’s are not official n95 class masks, n95 requires straps that go over the head vs ear loops. My son and wife much prefer these, and if properly fitted and sealed (make sure the nose clamp V is soften up and conforms to your bridge!) they provide great protection from COVID, which is all but confirmed to be airborne. I prefer masks that my fam will actually put on than clunky masks that they may forgo. If it were just me I’d be running around town with a half mask all day, but then I’d be getting the side eye from my better half.
