I recently took my hard drive to Computer Works, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience! While the technician wasn't able to recover everything I needed, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand, which I truly appreciated.

The atmosphere of the shop is also worth mentioning—it has a chill 80’s gamer vibe that instantly made me feel at home. The presence of friendly cats added to the inviting ambiance, making the whole visit enjoyable.

What really stood out to me was the technician's integrity. Despite not being able to fully meet my needs, he didn’t charge me a dime for his efforts. When I insisted on showing my gratitude, he simply suggested a large coffee with three creams. It was super refreshing to find great service paired with a great guy!

So I built my first computer earlier this year. When all of a sudden it just stop working. I had a pretty good idea of what it might be and tried doing it myself. Once I got too frustrated I looked for repair place close to me and I've driven past Computers Works many times. They were great it took time to narrow it down to the right component, but they kept me update where extremely helpful every step of the way, and went that extra mile you would hope a small business would do. I went here when my computer screen was not working on a business trip. The guy was friendly and preformed a free diagnostic. He allowed me to get what I needed off my computer via HDMI to a screen at his workspace from my computer. He told me what he believed was wrong and referred me to another shop that replaced screens in town. He did not charge me anything but I gave him some cash as he was extremely helpful.
