Mark, and the products are great , BUT!!!!!!, I PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT IN FULL ! I SAID I DID NOT WANT NO EXTENDED WARRANTEES ! OR NOR DID I WANT ANY PROTECTION PLANS ON NOTHING. well!! The month after i pay off everything i started getting charged $3.00 a week ! i did not know this for this for about 4 months . i called the service center and noone could do anything , was reffered to Mark the store manager. i called him to cancel and get my money back . I got it shut off so they cant take the money out but was told they can not refund my money ! but yet they could take it out of my account with out approval ? I was told by Mark that he will give me credit on my next contracted purchase , not even a store credit . I HAVE TO RENT AGAIN TO GET ANY OF MY MONEY BACK ! i will prolly never come back ! ill go to Aarons or something if needed.P.S the customer service number they gave on their reply is a joke ! im not sitting on hold to talk to a third world call center , you got to do better than that called on 7/10/23 at 423 pm and was on hold till 506 pm and im tired of waiting NO#2 strike on there customer support , please people think about purchasing anything from them. I recently bought a over priced washer and dryer set , out front . Paid in full.The oneida, ny store has been calling me non stop for someone i know but I am not a reference for them or vice versa. I have told them multiple times and the employees just laughed this store continues to harrass me . Employees include Johanna, mike, john, and another Male. Then the employees showed up at my house to get a hold of said person, which does not live with me or stay in anyway. If these employees show up at my house again I will call the cops for harassment. When I asked about If the cellphone/ tv I am renting was to break they ASSURED it was covered when I signed the lease but did NOT clarify that it doesn't cover fixing a screen if it gets broken, they offered to send it off and have it fixed by their tech guy but couldn't tell me how much it would be..
