While traveling to visit family in Liberty, NY from our home on the Pennsylvania/Maryland border, my wife and I decided to stop here and get some lunch. It was the best decision we'd made in a long time. It's a great spot. There's fun movie and sports memorabilia decorating the walls and the owner, RJ, is an incredibly friendly and welcoming guy who we took a liking too immediately. Then there's the food. We got two sandwiches to share. The Meatball Parm hero and the Rosie's Deluxe hero. Both sandwiches were exquisite. The meatballs were super moist, full of flavor, and covered with delicious tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. If you're craving the best and freshest Italian food coupled with a captivatingly warm environment, then visit Rosie's Italian in...

Let me tell you, my friend was not lying. This place is legit and have the best meatball parms in the area. First off the damn sandwich is huge stuffed with about 4 or 5 extra large delicious meatballs. Then it's topped with fresh mozzarella. The food is made right in front of you and you see the love that goes into the food.
