Ming Moon — Restaurant in City of Port Jervis

I have been a long time customer with this place. But there is a big problem that made me throw all the food away right outside the store. I have the video. I prepaid for the food like I always due. The lady had a runny nose and she was sick. She blew her nose on a napkin took that same napkin rubbed it on the and whipped down by the fryer then took meat and started cutting it up on the spot she just wiped down with her snot napkin. Then she did a upwards wipe with fingers and hand to her nose getting snot on her hand then wiped her hand on her pants. Then took egg roll rappers opened them up and by pushing that same hands fingers into the wrapper. Putting the egg rolls inside each one. I didn't want confrontation so I took the food I paid for and threw it away outside on in the garbage can on the sidewalk. I have the video. Don't get me wrong they are good people. I never had any issues with them. But at the same time that's not only nasty but a way to spread viruses. So if you ever eat fast food then 24 hours to 48 hours you end up sick out of know where then it's probably because of unsanitary people that served you food the day before. WILL Never Order FROM THERE again. The food is good but...

If this is the best chinese place around, I feel sorry for the people of Port Jervis. While the food was ready for take-out pretty fast, it was obvious when I got there that take-out is the only way to go. Dingy old furniture and bad lighting, with dirty corners all around. When I got the food back home to eat, I was treated to 2 surprises. First that the egg rolls were pretty great despite their looks, and second that all of the chicken I ordered was actually tofu. As they were putting it in the bag at the shop, I saw the chicken being served out of one large container, so I assume ALL of the chicken they serve is actually tofu. Great for vegetarians! Loved the fried vegetable egg rolls and the vegetable lo mein! Had lots of veggies and was fresh noodles with lots of dressing/marinate. UPDATE** I’ve been coming here my whole life and have never had an issue until tonight. I ordered a small veg Lo Mein 4 veg egg rolls and a small veg fried rice. When I picked up my food I was charged $17.60 which seemed odd, I checked the bag and saw soup. I asked what it was and the lady said chow Mein, I have never ordered chow Mein in my life and don’t know what that is I replied and she proceeded to yell at me saying that’s what I ordered.
