ModMyods is a GREAT place to order water cooling parts. Highly recommended.

I am building a dual loop water cooled system One loop is for cooling a CPU and the video card and the second loop is for water cooling three Intel Xeon Phi co-processor cards. Each Intel Xeon Phi generates approximately 300 Watts under full load, so the second loop has to dissipate about 900 Watts of heat.

I have ordered a lot from ModMyMods. I have ordered Aquacomputer pumps (two), reservoirs (two), Alphacool radiator(s), Aquacomputer controller, the add-on cables, Videocard cold plate, etc. I have also ordered lots of different fittings, temperature sensors, Aquacomputer flow meters, some specialty parts.

ModMyods is a great place to order water cooling parts. They have large inventory, the carry high quality parts, and they really take care of their customers. They know what they are doing -- you can talk to them and they understand what you are trying to achieve.

Many people like to buy (expensive) Bitspower fittings. But you do not really need them. I have found Alphacool fittings and Barrow fittings to be superior to Bitspower, or at least just as good (but significantly cheaper). For example, I bought an expensive Bitspower on/off valve from a different vendor, but it was too tight and the plastic on/off handle fell off when I was experimenting with the valve (some reviews on Amazon warn about this, I should have read them). Then I ordered Alphacool valves from ModMyMods and those work much better -- smoother action, just as good at stopping water flow when needed, but has smooth action and 'sturdier' build.

I highly recommend ModMyMods. The orders are nicely packaged -- small fittings are not all over the place in the shipping box, but neatly packaged together in a plastic bag, so they don't bang against other items in your order. Anyway, ModMyMods...

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Much more than just your average vendor. Deserves a cult following.

I ordered a very specific 3080 waterblock from ModMyMods (along with the majority of the fittings needed for my loop) for a build with very stringent space contraints. When mounting the GPU block, I realised there was had been a compatibility mixup on the original listing and therefore immediately contacted customer service to seek advice. The very next day, I received a reply from Austin detailing their in-house testing to confirm the validity of the issue, along with offers for either a full refund, block exchange, or service to perform in-house modifications on either the block or the (one) conflicting capacitor position on my 3080. Given my specific requirements, I opted to send my gpu and block for the capacitor mod. Just over a week later, I received the gpu + cap mod with the block mounted; the work done was meticulous. It is worth noting they kept in constant communication, through every stage, to patiently answer my questions and send pictures/videos of the card + benchmarks as proof of work.

(As a side note, I believe I ran into a rare listing mixup stemming from the low-volume "enterprise" nature of the specific 3080 block. In fairness, it was quite difficult to find detailed information regarding this block elsewhere on the internet.)

Everything I experienced here exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail they exhibited at every stage is everything you'd want in someone with whom you trust expensive systems. I initially decided to shop here because they had the best prices; however, I will come back again because I know they take care of their customers. I never write reviews but these guys more than deserve it. Proud to rock the ModMyMods sticker...

Being new to water-cooling I had lots of questions. I started with a kit and wanted more but not sure exactly what I need Joe at ModMyMods told me what I should get based on what i wanted to accomplish. He even told me not to buy some things I thought were necessary, turns out he was right, (this is what he does for a living), and my money was spent buying things that made a difference. He could have done what others do and sell me crap and take my money. Nope. I have mostly dealt with Joe but the other guys are the same way. STRAIGHT SHOOTIN NO BS! They help you avoid mistakes even if they lose a sale. This is exactly the kind of business that will have me as a customer for LIFE! They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need, want, and nothing more. Not pushy trying to get you to buy what they make the most profit on and they have all the answers after the sale. What more can I say or ask...
