Spiros market & deli — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Just discovered the place. Today was my second time eating there, finally got a day off, I just wanted to eat somewhere and chill. Like spot coffee yet not so far. I came in around 9ish. Ordered breakfast, had a few rounds of coffee and was reading my book. Lost track of time. Paid for my meal, tipped $5, bought two sodas to go and sat back down, waiting for my ride. About 15-20 ish minutes go by and the "waiter" or co-owner, I dont know, comes over to my table and says, hey honey, I'm gonna need that booth. I look around... Theres a couple in front of me, theres about 4 people in total on the other side, and a couple tables behind me empty. Its about 12:30 pm now. And all I think is, apparently, I have over stayed my welcome. Even though, I didn't bother anyone, I bought food, I wasn't loud and I was alone, so there was no trouble. Say less. I said ok. Pack my things and my ride came 3 mins after that. I have never felt so embarrassed and all I can think is, Im good enough to spend money here, as long as I eat and leave? As a single client, you could ask, hey, can you take a seat at the bar instead or buy more if you want to stay longer. Something else. Almost anything else. I really thought that would be my new little breakfast spot for real food on the way to work from now on, smh. Its not great but its decent. I will never go back...

This restaurant does not deliver. It is advertised that you can get food from this restaurant through GrubHub. It simply is not true, I try to pick up an order and was told to get out. Placed the order ahead of time and when I arrived at the restaurant I tried to pay for the order with the GrubHub card. The woman proceeded to say come on you can do better than that and said she was not going to accept the card as payment. Her reasoning was the card had no name on it which it does not it just says GrubHub and their zip code for billing which is the only thing you need to make a sale. In these hard times of restaurants closing and places losing out on revenue they just allow people to come into their restaurant sit down right next to each other and the place doesn't even look clean. Far be it for me to tell somebody how to run their business but I would imagine every dollar counts, this restaurant apparently does not like certain customers and does not want...

I was very dissatisfied this morning. I waited atleast 15 minutes before my family was even acknowledged. My husband said to the wife he already new what he wanted and her exact words were "well you will wait like everyone else" she should of totally changed the way she spoke. For instance, i am sorry i am so busy and it will judt be a few more minutes. Then it took 30 minutes to get our order. One egg with homefries and sausage biscuits with gravy. I was a server for many years as a young adult. I know how it can be overwhelming to have several different tables sat at the same time. However there's no excuse for rudeness and if she can't handle it she should have someone there to help. I will say that noone makes...
