Ok so last night my hubby and I got done loguid and a new vapor cig. The manager new I didn't like the product when I tried it and just called to speak with with someone about it. Basically I got a no return possibly and no apology or compensation from Jeff when he answered the phone. Basically I was sucked into a sale with out all the details. If I new there was just a on and off button I wouldn't of bought it! So I said well basically it seems like I just got sucked into the sale and the employee said yes I guess you did. How can those words come out of a employees mouth?! You don't have the common courtesy to say we take our customers very seriously and I understand your not happy so let me speak with the manager for you or he can give you a call back. But nothing just I up guessyou got sucked I'm the sale and hung up.! Not professional, does not care about their customers! Guess I'm going back to smoke n vape. Even though they do not speak English very well they always let me try and find me something that makes their cliental happy. Then I just found out the manager was trying to tell my hubby something behind my back! This means war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreBest aspect of this store are the employees, which are the only reason I would continue going there. While they may have a good selection for anything their store policy of "no returns" is terrible, especially when most of the vapes they sell are cheaply made and from China. The mark up on the prices for vape products, especially the mods and other electronics, is robbery but that is a common practice in many vape stores. Have had many vape mods break randomly or begin having problems before breaking withing a month. Even has one not working within the store, before I left.
I don't reccomend Smokers Choice, at all, but with the selection and helpful employees there isn't much else.
