I am a 17 year old and I was traveling with my sister a 14 year old to go pickup some lunch. We had walked a long way, and it was winter at the time! We even double checked the website to see if the dine in was open. When we arrived, the front doors and side doors were locked, but the drive thru was open instead. So we were trying to ask them if they knew the doors at the front were open, but the lady at the drive thru window aggressively yelled at us instead that we couldn’t be there before even listening to our question. So we walked back at the front door, where we encountered a really kind woman (thank god for her being there that day, it was a blessing) but she kindly offered to take our coupons and order for us since she had a car. She told us to wait at the exit, and so we did. Waiting at the autozone parking lot. We hear “STOP HARASSING OUR CUSTOMERS!!” from a lady behind the counter at the drive thru, but we weren’t. We were just standing at the auto zone parking lot doing nothing, except playing in the snow while we waited. Needless to say, I am very displeased with how this Burger King treated us. And I hope the kind woman who was able to help us receives good karma throughout the rest of her life. It’s good to know that there are at least some good people left...

DO NOT USE THIS DRIVE THRU There are 2 lanes for this drive through and I pulled into the second... I sat (along with the car in the other lane) almost 8 minutes before the other car (there 1st) was served. It was another 8 minutes before the second car was served on the same side! My presence was not acknowledged. A 3rd car had entered that lane and one was now behind me. Again we waited at least 8 minutes (I asked the 3rd car's drive to check if this lane was working). When the drive-thru contacted him for his order (by this time the guy behind me backed out of the lane and left the parking lot) the worker said "yes. But we didn't know anyone was over there" and proceeded to take his order. I waited 5 more minutes as he placed his order and still got no response. This is not the 1st time I have gotten rotten service from this location... BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST.
UPDATE 8/4/24 8:10PM Just made the attempt to give them one last try... I pulled up to the Drive Thru at 7:55... I was finally acknowledged at 8:03 with another car behind me. I was informed that the Lobby closed at 8 and they were only taking mobile orders... WHY IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN...
Read moreI have never had a good experience at this BK. My boyfriend went last week ordered two 2/$6 2 spicy chicken, 2 whoppers. He was in a hurry and didn't check the bag. He instead was given 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a med fry making him then go back out to get the food he paid for. Most recently I was waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead of me waiting to order. (The set up of this drive thru traps you in line near the speaker if someone pulls behind you)The resturaunt was mostly empty, no line at the counter as far as I could see. There was 1 car ahead of me waiting to order, and 2 cars at the window. Ishould have just gone to a full service resturaunt and gotten my food faster. This by far is not the first time it's happened, and over the course of the past 6 years Ive lived close Ive tried this one periodically. I've had to get out of the line more than once.
