Went there and the guy was very polite and down to earth, he didn't drill us about money and or financing. He let us try beds, we found one we loved and talked a bit longer and he answered all the questions i had. We told him we wanted to go look more places before we decide and he was perfectly ok with it and didn't get rude or try to throw us out. He gave us a card with the name of the mattress and let us go very politely. We went to metro mattress after and had the worst experience ever, they were rude, judgmental on our budget and very pushy aggressive and snotty, when we didn't want to buy ASAP they basically pushed us out of the door with how cold and rude they became. I just bought a home here in Syracuse, and needed a bed to start my furniture collection. Most of the beds were too soft for me, I am a country boy, I can sleep on rocks. LOL I saw the reasonably-priced futons, and thought, "gee, I've been sleeping on one for the past few years, why not get another?" They carry many types of futons, from the basic, to the luxury, just like regular beds. Of course, if you want to pay for the "luxury" futon, you may be better off with a regular bed. I plan to use mine as a starter bed, I plan to buy a queen-size bed soon, and have the futon for guests. Bill was more than helpful to me, and the prices were the icing on the cake.
