TOPS Friendly Markets — Local services in City of Syracuse

Their employees dont even know their jobs the service desk is always closed which means their lotto is down which they get paid for having and the tottery machines are always down and can only be serviced by the girl Ari even though shes not a manager the only thing this store has going for it is that girl and theirs a guy Anthony and a cashier carla oh and the pharmacy i mean putting out wrong sales prices expired food the condition of their employees the way they act its very discourageing to even come to this store they should hold themselves in a higher place and have more respect for them selves then to want to appear as though their a lesser of a person ! This store needs major reconstruction of their working crew and a higher standard of cleanlieness sorry for the bad grammar but i bet its better than what they can doo ! Lol edit : add : good luck getting up to the front of the building you have people that can't read no parking loading and unloading ! While security does nothing but stand there not even knowing...

Parking lot always full of garbage especially along the side where the grass is you will find plenty of garbage broken glass people's masks that they have thrown down. Customer service very bad. Doesn't seem very safe a lot of people following you in and out of store and from aisle to aisle with nothing in their hand no shopping cart no groceries just staring at you as you walk around making things very uncomfortable . I'm not sure if someone's trying to rob me , or if it's just their store security . Overall it's a very bad experience. Do not recommend it at all. Every time I've been in there in the morning the morning checkout lady is very rude. I would not even give this a one out of five stars. I have witnessed them being very rude to an elderly gentleman. And not being very helpful at all . Also have seen workers smoking pot over on side of the building where they have a designated area to smoke cigarettes. I could go on and on but I'm sure that gives you the idea of the type...

This store has its "issues" due to location and clientele, but it's convenient and prices are no different than other Tops. But what really irritates me about this store is how people pull up in front in the "No Parking" zone and park rather than use the parking lot. You can't take carts out at this store, so if you have a large order, you need to pull up in front of the store to load it. Almost every time I go to this store lately, there are cars parked the entire length of the pickup area with no room for people to pull up and get their groceries. Are people so lazy they can't walk a few extra feet from the parking lot?

No one from the store seems to care about this. So, when I have a "big shop" to do, I'll go elsewhere.
