Stop and Shop Market — Local services in City of Syracuse

My recommendation to those of you who may happen upon this place is to ONLY shop there for cigarettes, candy, or any item that can be purchased within 30 seconds. More times than not, this haven for people who block the front entrance of the store to: 1)- try to sell you ANYTHING that they "found/fell off a truck", 2)- hit you up for money, frequently in an aggressive manner, 3)- stand inside the store with the sole intention of seeing how much cash you may have in your wallet, etc. The cashier is ALWAYS on his phone, and refuse to even acknowledge customers standing less than three (3) feet in front of him. The good news is that right across Park Street, and down just a few buildings is another market where the owners are honest, attentive, polite, and who refuse to allow people to loiter on their premises for...
