Mr Pizza & Wings and Jamaican food — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

This place has roaches coming in and out of the food . The health department needs to shut this nasty place down . It was my first time coming here never again. First the man had a attitude i would too if I had roaches. Didn't say hello food just doesn't look safe to eat. Please don't risk on bringing roaches home it's not worth it. And please save your money 💰 I will put up the picture of the Roach. I had to walk out of this dump. And it wasn't busy when it was a Friday Nite that tells you the food is trash🗑 . I forgot to say the man was eating food from the pan he didn't wash his hands licking all over his fingers then trying to serve food he done lost his mind...

I rate this place a 0...food is alright and the owner stole money from me, I ordered a large oxtail and rice beans($14.50) and a beef patty(2.00)...for a total of 16.50 plus the 8% tax. That’s 8cents on a dollar. Final cost should of been $16.50 plus 1.32 which is 8% of $16.50 for a total of $17.82...This man charged me $27 and then argued with me for 35minutes trying to justify and say the 8% tax raised the price to $27 from $16.50. He lost my business for sure just off the fact he highly insulted my intelligence and I ordered from him 10times before then and have sent customers to his shop. The food was over 1/2 hour late. Everything was ice cold. I ordered cheese fries all I got was cold fries no cheese anywhere. The calzone came with a sauce cup but the sauce was all over the container none left for the calzone. The pizza is super super thin, it's ice cold and I never ordered thin crust. I paid for extra sauce on pizza there wasn't hardly any sauce on it. The calzone only had 5 pieces of pepperoni in it and it was a full size calzone. I called the place and he started yelling at me saying "you didn't order cheese fries" uh yes I did and was charged for it. I said everything was ice cold he hung up on me!
