CVS at 601 North Broadway has very positive team members in both the Pharmacy and CVS inventory. In spite of the large # of customers, the Pharmacy Techs are knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. During my recent visit to the pharmacy I witnessed the pharmacist talk unprofessionally to another customer. This has been a common experience at this pharmacy with the employees being very rude. All employees at this CVS seem miserable and look like they hate their job. The store is unkept and old looking. I can never tell who’s in charge. Does management even exist at this store.
