Food quality is decent however the problem is the owner and the staff who he puts into untenable situations. I went there with two friends and we were waiting for one of our friends to get there so we just ordered drinks while we waitied. Our friend was delayed so we sat there for an hour no harm no foul. So after 45 minutes we ordered some mozzarella sticks and after that a coffee till our friend arrived. Once our friend arrived I ordered a piece of cake and he ordered a sandwich and a side of fries with a drink and we split the check. This is when everything went off the rails. First our original waiter left and the owner did not tell the remaining waiter to come over to our table until we asked him 30 minutes later. Then the waiter dropped the checks. Our friend was charged $.90 for onions a little pricey but not a big deal. Then our check was charged fior three sodas and the waiter said the owner told him to charge it even though they have free refills total nonsense. He claimed it was because we weren't ordering anything. First off if you are going to charge per soda either the menu has to say it or the waiter needs to let you know. It was obvious the waiter was not trained and he was the only one left on the late shift which leads back to the owner putting the wait staff in situations they shouldnt be in to begin with. Between the two checks we spent about $45 not counting the extra sodas we should not have been charged for which made it over $50. I understand if you want to charge a little extra but purposely screwing the customer how will this ever bring you more business. Plus when we asked the owner he got belligerent and said we weren't ordering anything. I can guarantee I will never go back and will let anyone I know that they should avoid this place. The owner is the problem not the food or the wait staff. Plus they buy their cakes from the local supermarket they are not even...

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately that was about the only good thing about our experience. We ordered buffalo wings, an omelette with home fries, chicken and waffles and a side of fries. Not one dish had any seasoning in it, even the fries had no salt!

The buffalo wings came out fried with no sauce on it. It only came with a dipping sauce that wasn't blue cheese or ranch - unclear what it was. Did not resemble buffalo wings at all.

The chicken and waffles were plain with no sauce (despite the image on the menu) and the chicken was chicken tenders not fried chicken. Again no flavors or seasoning.

The omelette was cooked with no salt or pepper and was wet. The home fries were not at all what we expected and also had no flavor.

We thought at least they couldn't mess up french fries but they tasted like they weren't cleaned properly, a little bit like dirt, and with no salt on it.

We were very upset with how our meal turned out and couldn't finish one plate - but rather force fed ourselves because we ended up paying $50 for a meal neither of us enjoyed....

On 09/01/24 I went to this restaurant, this was the second time I dined and unfortunately would be the last time dining there. I encounter an elder gentleman upon entering, I am not sure if he’s the manager or the owner of the restaurant, but I will say he was very nasty to me. I went there a week prior and it was a very different experience. Upon arrival the first thing he said to me was, “what do you want”, which in my opinion is one of the most inappropriate way to greet customers. At first I thought maybe because he has a strong accent but then I was seated next to the entrance door of the restaurant, I realized that I was the only person that was greeted in this manner. I don’t want to say what I think it was, but I know for sure I will not be dining there in the future. And just to be fair, the waiter who served me was very polite as well as the waitress that I paid at...

Enjoyed breakfast here as we wrapped up our Memorial Day weekend trip. Absolutely wonderful establishment. Clean. Modern. Orderly. The owner came by our table to fill our coffee mugs and was so friendly. Our server, Kat, was competent and friendly. And the food was great. The best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in a very long time. And their omelet meal is an entire plate-full between the omelet itself and the homefries. Looking forward to returning next time I’m back in White Plains.

Buena experiencia. ..... We also had chocolate muffins—they offered to toast them with butter, which was delicious, although it took a bit longer to arrive. They also brought out a few jams for us to add to taste. We paid in cash, and the total was $7 (tax included), which we thought was a great deal. Overall, a lovely experience.

I ordered the sampler from the appetizer menu and the food came out over cooked. I tried to muscle through it but couldn’t. I also ordered a broccoli and cheese omelette and the broccoli had the smell of freezer burn on it. Just felt and seems like there wasn’t better care applied to overseeing the food. Don’t know if there is a new cook, but it wasn’t busy and came here at around 2pm on a Monday. Definitely disappointed.
