Broadway Pizzeria of White Plains — Restaurant in Town of North Castle

Extremely disappointed in the lack of value they show in repeated customers. I order and go to broadway pizzeria ALL the time. I also order pretty much the same thing each time which is their buffalo wings and a plain cheese slice weather I go there to pick it up or I get it delivered. I have never had an issue. Unfortunately, I have been very sick these last few days and have not had an appetite for anything at all. Today was the first day that I actually have a bit more of an appetite for something but I’m still a little sick. I called broadway pizzeria in north white plains to get my usual (wings and a slice) delivered to my address only 10 minutes away. The man on the phone who claimed he was the manager said he cannot deliver to me because I need to order more. I said I order this same thing all the time and it always gets delivered. He then said, the minimum has to be $15. After I asked him what is my total right now? (For one order of wings and 1cheese slice) he says $17.50. So I ask so that is above the minimum why can’t it be delivered? He says I have to order more. First of all $17.50 is a higher price than I usually pay for those 2 items and on top of that I passed their minimum limit for delivery. I am so upset because I really was looking forward to finally eating something I actually enjoy for the first time in the last 5 days since I’ve been sick. Ive been coming to Broadway Pizza for decades! Second family generation already. Firstly … I know good pizza! … This spot is one of my favs … the Best! Lots of selections … but my favorite is their square pan pie Arugula slice: it’s got cranberries, walnuts, tomatoes, mozzarella on nicely, oven baked pizza base coated with a smear of pesto and loaded with the mentioned ingredients. (I may be missing some) … it’s absolutely delicious! And this pizza slice is unique to Broadway pizza. I’ve been all over New York City and surrounding counties and have never seen the nice assortment of beautiful pies like Broadway has. They deserve every star. I ordered a chicken parm slice plus a Margherita slice and I gotta say they lost there touch. It tasted like the slices had been sitting there for awhile and lacked flavor. The vibe I get is never friendly or welcoming. I haven't been there in awhile so I was curious to see if they attitude changed but nope. 2 stars for the food bcuz it can be 4 stars when its fresh. I have always felt negative energy being inside the pizzeria especially when its really busy. Once or twice they look right through me like if I were invincible to ask if anyone else needed help.
