The girl at the front desk seems to always be overwhelmed and doesn’t know how to work under pressure. She becomes impatient and rude. I think the store should hire someone else to help. I called the store to get a better understanding as to what my prescription is as I do not know the terms eye doctors use to indicate left eye and right eye well I googled it because the lady at the front said she had to many people in front of her to help me with the question I had , as if I wasn’t also a customer she could of said can she give me a call back when the store was more empty to help me better understand the prescription they gave me so I can order my glasses that’s customer service not making your customer feel like they are a bother this is the second time she has been dismissive and rude ... thanks to google I learned that OD means right eye OS left eye thank...

I do not recommend this place for contact's prescription. I pay for my contacts lenses exam and I got the prescription. The front lady told me they don't sells the contacts. I went to lens.com, 1-800 contacts and they told me my prescription is not valid because is not a contact prescription. I went back to the optic store and the same front lady with a very disrespectful attitude told me she wont help me and neither the doctor can help me. They didn't care I pay money for the prescription and that i couldn't get my contact lenses. Also, they don't pick up when the contact lenses company try to get in touch with them to verify the information. I have also bought glasses in the past and they are cheaply made. This place is so unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. I had to go back for a replacement and I had to wait 3 weeks for the glasses to arrive. I waited a week and decided to call back for updates and the “receptionist” stated I would get a call to pick up. I never got a call and when I would call, they wouldn’t answer the call. I had to go myself and ask for them. When I went it was not busy at all. The glasses where already there so I don’t understand why I did not get a call back. I didn't bother to argue because I knew it was going to be a waste of time. Point is, this place is horrible....
