Hai Sing — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I’m not sure where everyone got their boneless spare ribs from but mine were very different and weird. Didn’t even have the bbq sauce on it. It was sweet and sour. It looked amazing and tasted like garbage. I eat many Chinese food and this is by far the worst. Best Chinese food in Vernon is called that for a reason. So mad I didn’t choose them over this. Most of the spots are mediocre but this one was plain bad. And between them and my uber eats driver idk what happened to my drink and don’t care. Just know the food was BAD! I’m not kidding. Maybe my more pale friends would enjoy but my black friends would kill me for suggesting this place....

Today is 10.21.23 I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for months now and everytime i cheat on them I regret it. Overall this is the best Chinese spot in south Yonkers when it comes to customer service and food. The Asian lady that answers the phone is always laughing and warm. She doesn’t rush you off the phone like the other spots and she actually listens! In my book that’s a win win. When you order chicken wings, they are actual wings lol not small or mediocre like what the other spots try to feed you and thankfully they are not over cooked or burnt. I recently tried out this Chinese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! Their Singapore Mei Fun was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor—you can really taste the cumin and other spices — the spice from the noodles even cleared my sinuses without being overpowering.The pork fried rice was also great, with a nice balance of flavor and none of the greasy aftertaste you sometimes get from other places.
