Be aware of this place they supposed have a minimum card* charge policy but, is not on display and refuse to show it. The cashier was nasty and rude after I requested the policy. I started recording her on video and made her aware that I was recording. I have a video where she actually refuses to provide the manager's name and her name, she said there was no manager on site, and started to get agitated for no reason, after she got out of control. she refused my business, she obviously dont have any customers service experience, and can't deal with client. people like this shouldn't be allowed to work in food service industry. Is a shame a client have to deal with that, I went to another restaurant and order the same items and they happily accept my payment method with out charging me a fictitious fee. If theres a policy on place I will obey but I was refused the benefit of proof with a rude and nasty attitude. And remember in nyc some of this policy only apply for credit card transactions not debit. Read moreI can’t believe what I just dealt w at this establishment. I ordered 2 dinners, $45 including tip and only half arrived (1 of both dinners). That’s not the worst part... when I contacted the restaurant tonight at approx 925pm. Whom ever picked up initially explained that it must’ve been the driver that took out the food. Fine - that could’ve been a possibility. The issue was when I was trying to ask if there was anyway they could contact the delivery service to have them deliver the other half of our dinner, the employee became EXTREMELY upset and beyond rude. I literally had to stop the conversation and ask her why she was yelling. She had no idea what I was attempting to ask ans wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I’ve been in hospitality 20 years and would never speak to someone who experienced an already bad service with my / Our business. Ok whatever that happens sometimes businesses don’t update their website. So they told me I needed to drop off the money the day before my event. So when my husband goes to pay he’s being ignored for like 20min from a nasty lady. Then she proceeds to tell him a different price. So right now we have a price on the website a price from the lady I spoke to on the phone and another one from the person in the restaurant. When I told her that’s wrong she Gave me an attitude. I told her the name of the person I spoke to, Miguelina and she said yes that’s my sister she’s wrong that’s not the price, with an attitude.
