Renaissance Renovations — Local services in City of Yonkers

I have trusted David and his staff at Renaissance with 3 jobs to date: 2 offices and my kitchen. I cannot recommend Renaissance Renovation highly enough in terms of quality of work, creativity, flexibility, trustworthiness, consideration for my budget, reliability and efficiency. My business, Riverdale Kids Physical Therapy, a pediatric physical therapy clinic serving children with special needs, requires installation of heavy duty suspension equipment that can sustain 500 pounds on overhead swings. David has been able to safely install the equipment in two different types of ceilings, and his work is strong and looks great. In addition, I have had to build platforms and stairs to custom sizes, and install ladders and rock walls into the office space. Renaissance has handled all of this beautifully both times that I have used them. The company works fast and shows up when they say they will, and will do whatever needs to be done to make their clients happy, even when there are changes that occur unexpectedly during the work. This is our 3rd renovation with David and his team and we couldn't be more satisfied! Our entire bathroom was redone - new tile, new tub, new floor, new lighting, new toilet, new cabinets, etc. Everything was impeccably installed and looks incredible. David was great at coordinating all the services we needed - working with our building to facilitate all the work. In addition to outstanding craftsmanship, the people who work with David are courteous and highly professional. They were prompt to arrive every morning, and worked throughout the whole day. Our building has requirements of all contractors and David and his team met every one - keeping our apartment and building clean. David also knows a lot of vendors and he was very helpful in getting us the materials we needed for our renovation. Doing a NYC co-op renovation doesn't have to be a nightmare; it can be amazing if you have David and his team! From the initial visit to the finishing touches, David was helpful and responsive. We did a gut renovation of the kitchen and the bathroom, painted all the rooms, sanded and stained the floors throughout, and added crown molding. David gave me suggestions when I asked for them and came up with innovative solutions for things that we wanted. His subcontractors are all just as friendly and helpful as he is. He doesn't push any of his vendors, but when I asked for some recommendations, I ended up working with them as well because they were just as helpful and accommodating!
