Iād say at first I totally loved coming here. The energy of the people was phenomenal (so I thought) I started buying vape juice. And months later a new device. I was hesitant on getting an internal battery vape ( Iāve been vaping since 2013) but I was like ok imma try one again. I ended up getting a Smok AMP5 in April. I kept the box until the end of last month. Well of course threw it away. A week later the device wasnāt wanting to charge. I used multiple chargers. And still having trouble. I went in the business to get juice and explained to the one nice guy that I was having trouble. He looked at it and said I hope you still have the box. I thought oh shi smh. Went home looked for it and nope didnāt have it. And when I went to Smoke warranty website I have to have the authentication card. Well I donāt have it. I called them yesterday the same nice guy answered. I explained again what was going on. Bc I have the receipt but not the box. He gave a suggestion of and option. But then said āIām sorry but Iām with a customerā I said ok. And phone hung up. At the same time I thought, ummm Iām a customer as well RIGHT? So what the heck!! Anyways I just shook it off. And today I go in the business. There is a new employee and Iām guessing the manager or owner that I seen almost every time but the last 5 or 6 times. And was like ok. Hereās the ācool good energy guyā. Well I explained to the new guy. He asked if it was the charge cable. I explained nope I have like so many C port chargers. And have tried almost everyone of them. Well he speaks to the manager or whatever. He asks him to go try to charge it. And of course like a minute later heās back and said no itās the device. I explained everything again. Itās not even 4 months ago I got this. He starts explaining all the better brands like Iām just going to buy another (#1 I donāt have the money) he kept going over the brands. I patiently listening. Oh then says āoh yeah thatās an older versionā. We donāt have any in. Once again explained I shouldnāt have to buy another 4 months later. Oh and I donāt have the money. He then tells me so when you get paid just come by and we will see if we can figure something out and get you one with a single battery. But other than that thereās nothing I can do. I then just say well when working 12, 15 or 23 hours. I donāt have money to spend on a device that should seriously still be working. Like I legit have bills to payā¦.. I know my $ situation isnāt anyoneās problem. But dude cāmon now freaking 4 months and a device you sold and have all this negative info on and was there talking with the other guy and me as I was purchasing it. And never once did you advice me or try to swing my decision elsewhere. Ok. Ummm wonderful customer service man. Itās all negative thoughts of the place I once felt comfortable with. And that is very rare for me. Bc people are selfish, misleading and so much more! And now this place and those ppl are apart of that category!! Kudos Man! Great freaking business.
