I am a daily (sometimes 2-3 times a day lol) customer. Early, this week, there were 2 mornings when the line wrapped all the way around the building in the drive thru. The 2nd morning, I parked and went inside. The parking lot was also full both mornings. There were 3 female baristas working wide open. I stood as the only customer at the register waiting to order for maybe a couple of minutes. Then, one of the baristas (I think it was Paige) asked, "Are you here for your usual?" Shocked, I responded, "Yes", and smiled (kinda chuckled actually). From behind her equipment, she holds up my "usual". These ladies go above and beyond daily! The guys that work there are awesome, too, but that morning it was just ladies, and my morning (day) was made! I bet the ladies that I work with appreciate it, too! ;-) Kudos to this great, customer-oriented Starbucks staff! My days would literally not be the same without y'all (oh, and the...
Read moreBeen coming to this Starbucks for 3yrs, staff are nice but seemingly checked out on how to give appropriate timely service. Almost every time I come here (only Starbucks in 10 miles) there are usually more people / baristas working than there are customers. And it still takes 10 minutes or more to get a coffee. Just now, was the only person-customer in the coffee shop: 3 baristas behind the counter, 3 baristas sitting at a table to the side (maybe on break). One vehicle in the drive through. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order, finally walked out. As I walk out, they looked up. Whomever owns this franchise, you have way too many employees (laid back, slow and unaware of fast timely service… seems they’re more about chillin behind the counter, casually, than service). 3 quality, good working, employees could manage much better than the excessive 7 or 8 that seem to rotate...
Read moreEveryone here is still pretty new but seem to be learning fast. My drink was made hot when I asked for ice but they seemed pretty willing to remake it for me. I then realized I forgot to ask for flavor in my latte so I walked back to the counter to order a short cup with syrup in it. I planned to pay for it and add it to my own coffee since I messed up that part of my order. The gentleman named Shaine at the counter asked how many pumps I wanted & offered to just give it to me. When he told the batista next to him to add 2 pumps of chai to my drink she said "She can't just keep adding stuff to her drink" and then added way too much chai to my drink. I couldn't drink it and threw it in the garbage after I left. Hopefully once everyone is trained my next visit will go more smoothly & people will keep their rude comments to...
