Horrible Customer Service! I called them once I got home, after I noticed the items weren't embroidered properly and they refused to make it right. I called back to inform them that I found another company that would fix it, I wanted a refund, I would pay the new company the extra it would cost to remove the mess ups and to re embroidered. The owner stated that I agreed to the items via text, so I inquired about her refunding me for the item I was not sent a picture of and she said no. This place has lost at least four companies business...
