First Time I have been here My Son an Friends Suggested it. Let Me Say This I'm from New Orleans I ordered the Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with Steamed Broccoli and Salad,There Dressing Is Homemade Buttermilk Ranch.My Waitress Was Kalsie and The Managers Name Was Jordan.The Seasoning for Shrimp was House Seasoning Just Right I don't know what they Use on There Broccoli But It was Off The Chain.The Restaurant was Very Clean.All Staff and Employees Were Very Friendly, Polite,Kind Respectful and All Followed COVID-19 Protocol.Definently Recommend.Next Time I'm back in Town Will Definitely Come Back.Keep Up The Great Work and Consistency.If I Could Give 100 Stars I Would.I Was Very Impressed.Went back Yesterday with my Boyfriend Everything was Awesome as Always.The Host was Very Professional Respectful,Kind and Polite. Our Waitress was Awesome Her Name is Shannon She was Very Professional Respectful Polite,Kind And Checked on us Periodically she got our Drinks made sure We didn't run out.and Just made sure We were taking Care of.The Manager Blake was Awesome he was also Very Respectful Polite,Kind and Professional he made Sure we were Taking Care of as Well as All the Customers were.This is The 4th Time I have come to Eat here when I'm in Town.I Always Order there House Seasoning Grilled Shrimp Platter with Broccoli and Salad OMG Prefection Everytime.Had 2 Glasses of Pinot Grigio and Water with Lemon. As much as I’d like to give 5 stars, I have to rate a 1 star based of my experience tonight. My family, friends and neighbors have enjoyed the food here for years, however, tonight the attitude and lack of accommodating a disabled / special needs family member by the manager (Leah) was deplorable. Our family member requires a booth and as such we requested a booth for 4 and a 2 top table pulled next to it as our party was of 6 members. After waiting 15-20 minutes to be seated the manager said, “I’ve never placed a table beside a booth and can’t do that...., even after she knew our special needs requirement. I then asked if we could be seated in the section where the booths are adjacent to each other. The manager agreed to that but stated our names would be added to the bottom of the wait list. 2 of our family members, which included our special needs child, left and 4 of us were seated. We all should have left, but if you know the area, there are very few places to dine and we were so upset we weren’t thinking straight. The food took forever to arrive, the restaurant smells dirty but maybe that's just the food, and the waitress was terrible.

The food was something I wouldn't give my dog. Burgers were burnt, waitress didn't ask what temp we wanted them at, and you had to pay extra to remove an item from the burger. The chicken Alfredo came with a piece of chicken that was dry, overcooked, and had to be sawed in half. The pasta were literally just noodles on the side. Just noodles. I don't think there was any sause on them. The steamed broccoli was more like an unseasoned soup, zero seasoning, served in a bowl full of juice, and frankly disgusting. The red beans and rice had what looked like Asian fried rice with eggs, mixed with beans that tasted like sugar had been added for some reason, and some sausage. The sausage was the only redeeming quality. Overall, we waited 45 mins for food that I wouldn't give to a dog, over paid, had terrible service, and waited 30 mins for the check. This place has a wall of awards from a local news paper that clearly displays a lack of options on Clanton or a friend works for the news paper. Save yourself the wait and go anywhere else.
