Claremont Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Claremont

I don't know why I'm posting a review about a strip mall, but it came up on my Google stuff. Anyway, this plaza has Big Lots in it, which is the sole purpose I go here. There's also a Dollar Tree. I don't know what else there is. But the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I feel like I'm reviewing a large piece of asphalt & there's not much to say about it. It's a small area, not a whole lot of parking, but adequate. It might be a bit full (of cars) around Christmas, but for the regular shopping trip, there's always more than enough parking available. It's a very old retail spot in Claremont, and it LOOKS like it -- the asphalt is old, lumpy and bumpy in spots; it has the appearance of being "dirty" all the time; the paint is worn. Anyway, like I said, I only pull into this plaza for the purpose of going to Big Lots, and I think this entire review is a joke, so I hope no one pays any...

Getting better. Dollar Tree is there and that is worth going there alone. They have everything including frozen food, so you have significant savings. Mattress World is between Dollar Tree and Ocean State Job Lot. Ocean State is great for many home furnishings/furniture and home items. You can get towels, etc. They also have food and flavored water, cereal. The staff is helpful esp. if you are moving big pieces...

Great Hotel! Clean friendly and would be a 5 star if you didn't have to wait for the teenage lifeguard to be on duty to swim in the late afternoon as we were all adults. It is a salt water pool inside and out, a plus! Nice patio area but the gas powered pit would pop off and then come back on and it was a bit to cool so we decided to go into the lounge area and ordered out pizza and ate...
