Why are you dropping the value of cards on TCGPlayer so dramatically to beat the prices of 0 Sale stores and thusly wrecking the market so other stores can't afford to pay their employee's! Also, I'll totally remove this review.. no prob.. just please check those TCGPlayer prices good sir! As a fellow seller, who's livelihood depends on these markets, I humbly ak that you check who the lowest price is to make sure you you're beating the price of a legit seller and not someone who will not Sell the item. and please only try and drop the market price by $3 at a time. I request this as TCGPlayer ascts as thee markets source of truth for value and those prices affect all venues for all trading card stores. Went to play in a gundam starter deck event today ( drove over 1hr 20 mins to get there) to find out that the store employee could not find the product. When he reached out to the owner, turns out the owner left his phone in the store's bathroom. The employee finally got a hold of the owner. The owner sold all the product without earmarking any for the event. He also did not bother to cancel the event. When speaking to the owner he offered us the free promo but refused to apologize and openly expressed he did not care about the customer or there reviews. Glad my original 1star review got deleted. Supposedly under new management but nothing has changed. Once again walked in and couldn’t tell you who was working there. Had a table in back with what appeared to be people playing a game but no one greeted me, and after several minutes of looking around with no help or offers to help me find what I was looking for I left.
