This is a great facility suited for everyone from seasoned power lifters to weekend warriors, from cardio killers to rodeo clowns. Everything you need no matter what your goals are is provided for you at this gym. Personal training is available, there is a boxing club and a selection of supplements and nutrition products on-site. The ground level is mostly machines and cardio equipment, bathrooms with showers and lockers. Downstairs is where the magic happens... Multiple squat racks, bench Press, and deadlift stations await you. Multiple sets of each denomination of freeweights means you can treat them like your girlfriend, you don't have to share. Waste no time waiting on someone to finish a set. In the circumstance where you do need to work in with someone, the clientele is extremely friendly, welcoming, and gracious. I was lucky enough to find Real Steel while in the Claremont area on business this past month, and was blown away! They truly have every. single. piece. of. equipment. you have ever seen at any gym - ever. It's not your standard big box gym with a row of cardio, some free weights, and misc Precor machines. It is the perfect gym whether you are coming to lift some serious weights, focus strictly on cardio, want some solo time in the pro yoga studio (available 24/7 to members)....they even have a Cross-fit section with sleds, etc. Coast to coast I have never seen a better equipped gym. On the sign it says tanning and they don't tell you when you're signing up for a membership that's tanning is not included that was the whole reason I wanted to sign up for a membership was because tanning was included so I signed up then found out it was not included and it was extra not only extra but crazy expensive I went there two times and will not go back I feel like it was definitely false advertising they don't offer any classes anything special except for that they're open 24 hours a day just like planet fitness only planet fitness is a quarter of the price and have tanning and classes I definitely expected more for the price of membership indefinitely did not expect to have to pay even more to go tanning on top of it is...
