My girlfriend bought 3 packs of different branded IPAs from this store tonight and when she brought it home, I went to grab one of the can from a 4 pack only to find out that it was extremely light and realized that there was a puncture on one of the can. Granted, no one would of realize this because at the time of sale, it was not obvious that it has active leak. Only 1hr had passed and I brought the beer back to the store and the store attendant simply just blew me off saying that I must of dropped it, there were no obvious damage to the can whatsoever and after speaking to him for a brief moment I realize he was just going to blame the customer and not take ownership of the product he is selling. Went in today owner very rude. He is like bipolar. We were having a good conversation. Then he counted the change back to me. Said that it was $95. I was trying to tell him it was 98.75 He snapped at me got super rude and angry. He needs anger management. I don't know if in his Middle Eastern country. They talk to women very rude and snappy, but I am not gonna put up with that. I told him so. I was with my son. And he was like.Oh my god why do you get so angry so quick . I love this liquor store, been coming to it for four years now, but the store has gone down in quality over the years. The store is supposed to open at 8:00 am, but it's currently 8:50. I've been waiting for 20 minutes an employee to open up the business, but I'm still waiting. This is the second time this has happened, not to mention the customer service isn't as good...
