Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Claremont

We went for the lunch buffet they didn't have anything ready they were not even busy they should let you know that before you pay that you're going to be waiting for food that supposed to be ready for their buffet we also ordered some wings and they were supposed to take him to our table we waited 30 minutes everybody else is getting their food so we wondered what was going on so we went to go ask about our wings and I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before somebody acknowledged me the manager on duty was the one that asked if I needed anything I said yes I've been waiting for my wings for 30 minutes she said let me check came back to tell me that they didn't put the order in to cook it would be 20 minutes a weight so I said okay but went back to my table and my party guest said never mind we're done just ask for a refund for your wings it was the worst experience that we ever had I would not recommend your buffet. To anyone bad customer service not being ready and they were not even busy then they also had a reservation for a two-party in the section we were sitting it was very uncomfortable when the party that was reserved the area was complaining that we were sitting there and they started setting up around us so we also felt rushed when we were eating they need to get their act together and organize their situation better thank you very much sincerely...

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and this location accepted my order. However, there was no option to add ranch sauce. I called the store, and a lady answered the phone. She was extremely rude and told me she couldn’t help. When I asked her to check with a manager, she replied that no one was available — and then she hung up on me. I spent 50 dollars for a large pizza and wings. They sent the wrong pizza. So i called in to have them fix it. Was told they would send me a small pizza to make up for error instead of replacing what i actually ordered and they sent the driver to take the wrong order. So know i have to wait a few days for my refund and no food. Victorio the store lead is terrible. After yrs of coming here... i will never order from them again. I ordered at least 3 to 4...
