Wish I could give negative stars. Predatory Sales staff, went In and bought 3 phones, asked price of each phone was quoted $150.00 sounded good to me, the salesman said he would throw in a case and liquid screen protector each for free. The phones would not work on our property so we returned them the next day. Was told that they don't refund for liquid screen protectors or for cases, that they were part of a bundle, the liquid screen protector is $40.00 and the case was $29.00 so we are stuck with no recourse.. we lost $281.00 on this deal. Don't let yourself get scammed, deal with cricket...

First of all I want to mention that the the manager, I think his name is Joe is awesome. With that being said, he is the ONLY one that knows what he is doing. There is a younger guy who knows NOTHING and is NEVER helpful. HE CANNOT PERFORM A SIMPLE SALE. I am soooo frustrated with him EVERY time he has to help me.
