La Hermosa — Restaurant in Claremore

First time trying this food truck. I had noticed this place for sometime but I had skipped it because it looked closed. Here are my ratings from 1 to 10. Ten being the best.

Presentation: 7 It is next to the rail road tracks and the parking lots is not very appealing.

Service: 7 Very average. The guy takes your order and asks for your choice of salsa Red or green; simple. I like that we can pay with a card. Some food trucks accept only cash.

Choices: 7. The choices were good, Enough to get you interested and then you can customize it. I was hoping for some gorditas, sopes, barbacoa.

Taste or flavor: 5.5 Boy oh boy, sorry but this one did not meet the bar. Flavor in the burrito was poor. I could taste the rice and beans, which was plenty inside but the supposed pastor was not there. Not even close. If i had been told this was asada I would have been less harsh about it but Pastor is very particular and if it is not there then it is not pastor.

Recomendaciones: Well lets address presentation. A flag or something that shows its open or some neon lights of some sort, better and more sitting for people waiting for their food. Maybe some shade. Service: well have the guy smile or something. Hehehe its not hard and its free! Choices: I do t know about this one. I think it meets the needs of the area. This is predominantly American people eating here I think its safe to keep it this way. Flavor: this may just be safe for the average office person who just wants to eat and go back to work. The food , it has the perfect taste, no greace fair amount and its worth the price. One of my favorite is the burrito and the the size of it is way too big that i have to divided into lunch and dinner. The salsa is the perfect combination with La Hermosas food because it gives the perfect taste and enough spicy just to enjoy it. Service is nice, make feel at home and welcome you as soon you are seen. Atmosphere is clean, safe and most important it has a table so you can eat. I have tried all their food. After trying The Hermosa's, food. I will not go any other...

The food was super super good, probably the best food truck I've had in a long time. The drinks might seem expensive but they give you large 500ml bottles for 3.50 which isn't bad at all.

I had a burrito and the meat was marinated perfectly, the extras were great and even offered a grilled serrano pepper. The hot sauces were really good too the extra hot was indeed extra hot but it had a really nice flavor to it, it wasn't one of those "Hot to be hot" kinds.

The guys inside were also very nice and respectful.
