My four year old daughter has been asking me to get her ears pierced. The wife and I decided to get them done so we made an appointment. As parents, it was a happy moment with some hesitation with how she was going to react to the pain. She was all for it by the time we got there and seemed very excited to get them done. Camille was the lady who was working that day and from the beginning she was very professional. Camille made my daughter feel safe with the process by asking her which one she wanted to do first and allowing my daughter to go through with this her way. That was a great experience as a parent! Everyone, please don't go to this store to buy, especially the staff who work there recently. The service is super bad. I have never seen such a bad service attitude. It's not just one person who has a bad attitude, but the whole store's employees and managers are poor. I just bought it I don’t want to change the things I bought when I went back, and there is no indication that they can’t be changed, and they were replaced when I bought them before. Visited the store and unfortunately, had to deal with one of their very rude associates at the counter. And, the associate was not fully educated in terms of items they sell. She did not even know if they carry nosepins as she first acted she did not know what customer was talking about and then directly told us that they didn’t have nosepins but have piercings. In fact they did have nosepins, which we left without buying as their associate was very un pleasant, rude and did not seem like greeting us. Then why spend money...
