Dont buy from this store! They have deceptive tactics. I went there to purchase several items for my vacation. I wasn't sure what I was going to use because I hadnt packed so I asked about the return policy. They told me I had 30 days to return my items. This worked out great especially since my trip was in a few days and I would be gone for 1.5 weeks. Well of course I get back to return my items (that are still in the original packaging and havent even been taken out of the bag) and pull out my receipt to return them and notice on the back (after getting a magnifying glass) that the return policy is 14 days! I immediately call the store 3 times within an hour and fifteen minutes and there is no answer and no vm. I drive 45 mins to the store to return my items and the asst manager who claimed to be a manager, Carlatta, apologizes and tells me its past the 14 days and sorry. She doesnt offer any other options just sorry. I shared it's not my fault that their rep gave me incorrect info and I even called three times before making the long drive and there has to be something they can do. I shared if i had been told that i wouldnt have bought anything because of the length of my trip, I wouldn't make the return date. She shared that if they are busy (4-5:15 PM on a rainy day) and understaffed then they dont answer the phone. When I was I there it was only me and one other customer and 3-4 staff. Busy how? I asked for the regional manager's number and she shared they dont have one and I could only call the customer service number (who when I called said if they could they would override the stores decision but they have no authority to do so). I then find out there is a general manager after playing the 20 question game. I'm waiting for her to call me back now. But from the looks of these other reviews, I'm not sure about the customer service at this store. I'm a long time Tory Burch customer with plenty of her items.....well I was. They better relish in my last big purchase because this deceptive marketing will NEVER happen to me...
Read moreTory Burch is a well-known luxury fashion brand that is beloved for its timeless and sophisticated designs. For those looking for the same high-quality products at a more affordable price, Tory Burch outlet stores are a great option.
I recently visited a Tory Burch outlet store and was impressed with the selection of products available. The store had a wide range of items, including handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories. The items were organized neatly, making it easy to browse through the products. The store also had a helpful and friendly staff who were available to assist customers with any questions or concerns.
One of the best aspects of the outlet store was the prices. The products were significantly discounted from their original prices, making it a great opportunity to get high-end products at a more affordable price point. However, it is important to note that the selection of products may be limited in terms of sizes and colors.
In terms of product quality, I found that the items were of the same high-quality as those found in regular Tory Burch stores. The materials were top-notch, and the craftsmanship was impressive.
Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at the Tory Burch outlet store. The prices were great, the staff was helpful, and the products were of the same high-quality as those found in regular stores. If you are a fan of Tory Burch and are looking for a more affordable way to shop, I would definitely recommend checking out the...
Read moreAfter reading reviews, I wanted to write an updated version to let the world know, the same prejudice behavior is still occuring. My sister and I walked in looking for our mother a Mother's Day gift. We were looked at intensely by everyone but officially greeted by no one. I said, uh oh. Here we go. It was packed. There were several team members on the floor so, to me; there's really no acceptable reason not to be able to say hi and offer assistance. We walked around the store twice. Still no greeting. But we were being watched. We stood behind a white lady and a sales rep thinking we'd get a "hello, how are you all. I'm just finishing up here. I'll be right with you." Were you under the impression we weren't there to buy? Finally, someone came over and gave us the run down on the specials and asked us if we needed anything or had any questions. Why yes, we just want to buy a purse! How hard is it? I've worked in retail and it's not rocket science. The world is changing but let me just point out--every black girl that walks in is NOT a stripper. We are both corporate professionals at top fortune 500 companies, we have registered businesses and we are both graduates of nationally ranked, private Jesuit universities. Regardless, everyone should be treated with respect. All money is green. What's the point of profiling and making guests feel inferior? Come on Tory, tap in. You put out a statement about DE&I but you aren't reviewing each stores training on equity &...
