I agree with CRN frthePhilippines. The young ladies in that store are very rude and provide extremely bad customer service. My situation is a little bit different, my first time in the store was with my mom and the sale people were very rude, they did not greet us or ask if we needed some assistance. My mom was wearing her MK bag that she purchased from Montgomery mall a while back. They had the audacity to ask her if she walked in with that bag but they didn't question anybody else. I went to the yesterday with some friends (1 Hispanic and 1 white). Don't you know they did not even greet me or my hispanic friend but my white friend was greeted and assisted. This is a problem, you should never judge a book by it's color and in this case, the color of someone's skin. I am actually a GS - 15 for the Department of Defense and my Hispanic friend is the CEO of her IT company. I am very disappointed and will not waste my time or money shopping at that store if the managers are okay with there employees treating customers in that manner. I initially went there to replace my watch. Although I had done some online shopping on the MK website, I decided to visit the store, and Iām so glad I did. Kate and Jessica made the experience unforgettable. They showed me different designs, and were patient as I tried on several watches. They gave me feedback and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I ended up buying a watch that night, as well as a wallet, taking advantage of the sale they were offering. I enjoyed the experience so much that the next day, I returned to buy a gift for my daughter. Once again, everyone was incredibly helpful and assisted me in picking out the perfect purse for her.
