Horrible customer service the female manager ran from behind the counter to try to fight me after talking with her about paying off my wheels the communication here is Horrible they promise to return calls the guy William is also a liar I have never missed one payment and when i 1st got the wheels I paid waited 2 weeks before receiving them i had to make a payment when I got them if I could give 0 stars I would DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE the manager will try to fight you I will also be filing complaint with corp office and a law suit I'm afraid to go into their business due to unprofessional management . Also learn your customers name that dude is not my name! I spent over 6K with you to not know my name or get any respect from a business how does owing $300 go to $1000 in one day and customer trying pay you and you're trying to fight the customer. beware this is not a professional place I'm looking forward to speaking with Corp office to resolve this issue my safety and satisfaction as a customer. I also filled report with dekalb County pd in reference to the manager running from behind the counter and admitted that I got aggressive after she charged at me and stated she gone take me to court about my rims lol 😆 I'm like what are you gone tell these people I paid lol but seriously don't waste your money here...

So disappointed with this location. I went in on 7/8 to inquire on getting rims. They didn't have the size I needed, so an order had to be placed. I had to pay a $150 deposit. I've called at least 3 times since placing the order and each time I was told they were on the way, on a truck. Today; I call again and the young lady I spoke to advised the order was canceled bc they are out of stock. Imagine my shock being told this when JUST last Wednesday I was told they were on a truck! Well... when was someone going to contact me and advise me of this?! I despise liars!!! It would be one thing if I weren't inquiring on the status but it's something completely different knowing I checked in every few weeks! They had no problem taking my $150 deposit, but didn't have the decency to reach out to me at all if I didn't call them. Horrible customer service. I will be coming to get my refund today and advising anyone I know not to do business with those who don't...

Be prepared to bring everything short of your mother's maiden name.

There's a twenty minute application to fill out that asks for everything about you. Also you will need paystubs, proof of insurance, registration, driver's license, social security card and at least 3 references.

The staff is very negligent and unprofessional. They don't have much to choose from.

I placed an order from a catalog and put down a deposit of $150.That was on a Saturday.

He told me he would call me on Tuesday but he never did. I called them on Wednesday and he asked me to call back in Friday.

When I called on Friday, they didn't have the wheels I ordered but instead tried to push some other wheels on me completely different from the ones I ordered.

When I confronted them about this, the guy was indifferent and told me I could go to another company and refunded my deposit.
