Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

Please do NOT waste your time or money here. I placed a carry out order 10/30, oh but let’s start off with this store doesn’t answer any phone calls. All calls go to the Pizza Hut call center. But anywho I called to try to cancel this carry out as I needed delivery instead. Wasn’t able to. 10/31 I placed a delivery order online, put my card information in and everything. My card was charged however the website conveniently crashed so I didn’t receive a confirmation. I tried to call the store again to be sure they received my delivery order. The call center tells me that she didn’t see the delivery order just the carry out I placed. I explain that my card was charged for delivery and she tells me just go pick the order up at the store. I do that. Upon arrival no greeting no anything just a bunch of people in the back looking at you crazy. After waiting a ridiculous long time, it’s finally my turn. I tell her it was supposed to be delivery but it’s carry out and I paid already. She GIVES me the pizzas. You would think the story ends there? Wrong. 20 minutes later a Gmail email is blowing my phone up via FaceTime audio😂 , it’s the girl who gave me the pizzas. Aggressively and argumentative tells me I didn’t pay so I need to return to pay. I info her I paid online and my card was charged. She’s literally arguing me down that I didn’t pay. So I hung up. She proceeds to keep calling/texting. Sending threatening text messages saying the police will track my number/she knows my car and face she can’t wait to catch me blah blah you gave me the pizzas no one stole anything! Please do better Pizza hut! Some of us ACTUAL work hard for our money and accusing someone of stealing when you were to lazy to actually check to verify or anything. Not to mention her lil messages included my delivery address so that just proved that my delivery order was received, you don’t have to enter an address for...

I’m still a Pizza Hut lover from my childhood, I often pass this Pizza Hut and they are fairly new from the one that was an actual store up the street. I stopped in yesterday 3-8-25 around close to 4 pm. The older lady, short gray haircut could have been more inviting, she was very short with me as I was trying to figure out the best way to order a special.

As I set waiting on my pizza, herself and a young man dropped pans and pizza utensils on the floor, they picked them up off the floor and put them back on shelf with no problem. So cleanliness would be an issue here after what I saw.

I’m convinced that maybe the owner or someone trying to help the store out is making the pizzas which is a disgrace to the chain “Pizza Hut”. Maybe they bought a franchise and felt they’ll come in the black neighborhood and throw some pizzas together and they want really notice or care. The pizza was awful, it barely had the toppings on it as if they’re trying to save money on pepperoni and or ingredients. The pizza was greasy, undercooked and not even cut properly. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I was giving the pizza, wasn’t asked if I needed condiments or napkins, again a lack of customer service.

It’s a strong pass for me, I suggest they get it together it’s too many options for pizza but I will not...

After waiting 20 plus mins for someone to finally get on the phone. N To be told to calm my attitude. By the night manager with the attitude is crazy. For the 5th time I placed an online order n once again not to recieve an item. So when I express the issue I'm told I've only work here 3 weeks. Then why are there the same issues as the past. Is this what pizza hut is doing now. Order food n dont get it all when u do delivery. So I still have to have someone drive up there n get what was left behind. N I wished yall could hear how the lady was talking n even a person hard of hearing would know she had an attitude. N didn't want to be at work. N thinking the way she talks to people was ok. I get it all customers are not friendly. But I'm was informing her this always happen when I order from yall. So maybe she being a new night manager can fix the issue. Maybe I'm not used to a state with no southern hospitality and the norm is being talked to rudely. But the whole process was un called for.
