Please do NOT waste your time or money here. I placed a carry out order 10/30, oh but letâs start off with this store doesnât answer any phone calls. All calls go to the Pizza Hut call center. But anywho I called to try to cancel this carry out as I needed delivery instead. Wasnât able to. 10/31 I placed a delivery order online, put my card information in and everything. My card was charged however the website conveniently crashed so I didnât receive a confirmation. I tried to call the store again to be sure they received my delivery order. The call center tells me that she didnât see the delivery order just the carry out I placed. I explain that my card was charged for delivery and she tells me just go pick the order up at the store. I do that. Upon arrival no greeting no anything just a bunch of people in the back looking at you crazy. After waiting a ridiculous long time, itâs finally my turn. I tell her it was supposed to be delivery but itâs carry out and I paid already. She GIVES me the pizzas. You would think the story ends there? Wrong. 20 minutes later a Gmail email is blowing my phone up via FaceTime audiođ , itâs the girl who gave me the pizzas. Aggressively and argumentative tells me I didnât pay so I need to return to pay. I info her I paid online and my card was charged. Sheâs literally arguing me down that I didnât pay. So I hung up. She proceeds to keep calling/texting. Sending threatening text messages saying the police will track my number/she knows my car and face she canât wait to catch me blah blah you gave me the pizzas no one stole anything! Please do better Pizza hut! Some of us ACTUAL work hard for our money and accusing someone of stealing when you were to lazy to actually check to verify or anything.    Read moreIâm still a Pizza Hut lover from my childhood, I often pass this Pizza Hut and they are fairly new from the one that was an actual store up the street. I stopped in yesterday 3-8-25 around close to 4 pm. The older lady, short gray haircut could have been more inviting, she was very short with me as I was trying to figure out the best way to order a special.
As I set waiting on my pizza, herself and a young man dropped pans and pizza utensils on the floor, they picked them up off the floor and put them back on shelf with no problem. So cleanliness would be an issue here after what I saw.
Iâm convinced that maybe the owner or someone trying to help the store out is making the pizzas which is a disgrace to the chain âPizza Hutâ. Maybe they bought a franchise and felt theyâll come in the black neighborhood and throw some pizzas together and they want really notice or care. The pizza was awful, it barely had the toppings on it as if theyâre trying to save money on pepperoni and or ingredients. The pizza was greasy, undercooked and not even cut properly. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I was giving the pizza, wasnât asked if I needed condiments or napkins, again a lack of customer service.
