This is an astonishing place. While the merchandise, selection and quality alone deserve the full five stars, they can't hope to compete with the real treasure, which is the people.

Every time I go here I feel as though I'm the only customer they've ever wanted - and whatever crazy, off-the-wall and inconvenient request I make is the only reason the place exists. I feel as though my name must be written right into their mission statement!

It would be almost insulting to call the wonderful way you're treated at Ginger's customer service. What you find here, totally natural and sincere, is what "customer service" pathetically tries to create artificially.
