Customer service has been very low recently they texted me and said my bill was due Wednesday and I told them I can pay Thursday the same week. They then responded with “Ok and thats fine but the bosses are cracking down on late payments because the bill is due today not tomorrow. I'll put the down for you but please just keep that in mind you would tell the electric company or your landlord that.” They do not care about their customers and are very rude it saddens me because I have been with them for so many years before it was even mikes and paid off my fridge, dishwasher, stove, couches, end tables, carpets and probably more…. We live in Manhattan and had Mayo and Jacob deliver my loveseat today, in the basement, SUPER tight fit. The guys got my leather loveseat thru an almost impossible door PERFECTLY! No scuffs, no issue. I really appreciated that they took the time to figure out the right way to do it instead of just rushing and potentially harming the furniture or the doorway.
