
When I walked through the doors here at the beginning of 2023, it had been five years of putting health and fitness on the back burner. Over that period of time, I struggled with weight, health, sleep and unhealthy habits with food and drinks. I was up to 287 lbs and my A1C was in the diabetic range, getting ready to be placed on medication. The community we have is so accepting and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable, make the classes fun to be a part of, and provide personal feedback to each athlete to improve. Read moreI started at CrossFit Killshot shortly after it opened in January 2019 with this being my first time doing CrossFit. The coaches are kind, patient and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, has sufficient amount of equipment and is always getting new items for us to expand our training. In the past 8 months, I've not had the same workout. Workout programming is always varied and coaches are able to help you scale to your ability. The atmosphere of the gym members are friendly, helpful and encouraging.
