I decided about a home back in Port Orchard, WA. Someone sent me a picture of this mobile home and I called the real estate agent right away to go see the home she couldn't meet me but called the owner to see if I can go see the house and he said yes. I fell in love with the house and call the agent right away her name was Crystal Jenkins from eXp Realty. She was so nice and started getting the paperwork going. I told her I have never did this on my own and she was dealing with a senior citizen she said don't worry we will get through this together. She went way beyond her job helping me fill out paperwork plus she even came to my apartment and helped me fill out the contract. She was so helpful and was always there when I needed her and I needed her a lot. I got the house with all her help if it wasn't for Crystal I never would of gotten my home. I went through a lot of stress with all the paperwork but Crystal was always there for me. She was great and always told meshe will be here for me anytime and she was. Crystal was such a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, always on time & very communicative and trust me when I say I had a lot of questions. "Business hours" did not apply to her. You could ask a question at 8pm on a Sunday (which you would think is a day for family & not business) but she'd always get right back to you. I truly appreciated her prompt responses. She always showed us houses that we wanted to look at. She is such a sweet and kind person to be around. For a relationship that started out as business, felt more like a friendship as time went on.
