Working with Steve was fantastic, he went above the call of duty, my condo sold for more than I expected and it was because of the work Steve did. I would highly recommend him.
I was very nervous and worried about selling my condo; the whole process worried me. Steve was excellent about working with that, explaining every small issue I asked about, answering all my silly questions, calming my fears and making me very very safe and relaxed.
Steve went to the condo and even though cleaners had been through already, he did extra cleaning, fixed a few broken knobs and other little maintenance issues. This was not expected by me and probably something another agent would have paid (then charged me) to have a handy man do. Steve did this to make my place more prepared to sell.
I also had some ongoing insurance claim issues on the condo. Steve made many calls to the insurance people, the condo manager, and the contractor. This really helped in getting everyone to share the estimates and claim information and helped me to get the claim settled and paid. I was located far away and this type of calling and working with all the different people was stressful and difficult; so much so that I was about to give up. I am positive that his calls hurried the claim along and I might not have it without his help. This is another example of Steve going above and beyond. He was selling my condo and this was an issue that happened months before. He did not need to make all the calls, but I am glad he did.
Finally, the condo sold quickly at a price above what I was expecting. This is due to Steve's knowledge of the market and how to maximize the sale price.
