I called from out of town to order a floral arrangement for my aunts funeral. I gave the description for the arrangement of fresh cut flowers totaling $65 with tax. Upon arriving at the visitation I did not see the arrangement. On the day of the service I looked and found an arrangement that I could have purchased at other locations for approximately $40. I called to voice my concern and displeasure with the lack luster arrangement. The florist’s solution was to give me a $15 discount. All the flowers for this funeral were purchased at this florist. Flowers died the next day. Replacement bouquet was much smaller and flowers were substandard. No return call from owner as I requested. How disappointing to buy my sick mom a $60.00 bouquet that began dying the next day! My mother called the store to get a replacement bouquet. The one that was sent was much smaller and used daisy's and carnations and lots of filler greenery not even similar to what I had originally ordered.
